Our light-hearted basics yoga class taught by our amazing UNDO practitioners. Bridging the gap of yoga encouraging diversity & eliminating the stereotypical "Om's" to create a good vibe experience for the masses.

It’s an alternative approach to yoga with smooth grooves, mellow beats and a little time to get to know your neighbor.
